The FocusŪ Downhole Optical Flow Meter 
The Focus optical flow meter (OFM) has been specifically developed for in-situ measurement of multi-zone gas wells. The OFM is used with standard electrical wireline tool strings and can record gas flow while the tool is held in a stationary position. The Focus OFM uses laser beams to measure the gas flow by sensing the velocity of microscopic particulates naturally occurring in the gas.
