Joseph S. Litner, M.D.
Joseph Litner completed his Ph.D. and M.D. at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. In the past, he has been a Director of VSM MedTech Ltd. Joseph has over 20 years of experience as an emergency department physician and since 1985 he has been on medical teaching staff in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
