President Mr. Weston has always demonstrated a passion for exploring the unknown and making the complicated accessible. Christopher brings with him more than a decade of spearheading corporate initiatives while successfully breathing new life into companies facing the demands of the new era. With his combined experience and innovation in strategic initiatives, restructuring and re-branding of a global high-security and asset management company his expertise has already produced impressive results for shareholders, the team and the clients at Photon. Mr. Weston serves as a director on multiple boards with his core focus being to drive change and success to the initiatives at Photon Control with immediate impact and lasting value that is guaranteed to reach well into the new millennium and its economic demands.
Chairman A successful entrepreneur and business man with over 30 years experience in Strategic Business Development. Mr. Dueck has successfully built multiple companies from concept to profit across a variety of industries. Re-branding and Restructuring companies for turnaround success have been a focus of Mr. Dueck. His efforts and his expertise in these areas has proven invaluable to Photon Control. Building teams that succeed and placing leadership are key components of success. Mr. Dueck frequently serves as a strategic adviser and is a strong supporter of innovative business initiatives internationally covering markets from food distribution to engineering. David C. Dueck holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Breault is internationally recognized as one of the world's leading experts in the area of stray light analysis and suppression. His work covers original research on the scattering of coated surfaces, paints, glass, and mirrored surfaces — many of these for varying degrees of cleanliness or for different fabrication techniques. Dr. Breault has been involved in over 275 stray light analyses, using the APART™ stray light analysis program, which he authored. He was instrumental in the fabrication and or use of five different devices to measure the bi-directional scattering characteristics of surfaces. Dr. Breault has received awards of recognition from NASA (1977, 1978, 1984), and an award in 1979 from the University of Arizona for his outstanding dissertation in the field of applied sciences. The author and co-author of two chapters in the Handbook of Optics, Dr. Breault received his B.S. in mathematics from Yale University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in optical sciences from the University of Arizona. He is a fellow of SPIE and chairman of the Arizona Optics Industry Association (AOIA).
Dr. Litner was the a former Director of VSM MedTech Ltd. and has over 20 years of experience as an emergency department physician. Dr. Litner has been on the medical teaching staff since 1985 for the Department of Emergency Medicine at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Litner’s experience and expertise in life sciences add value, practical direction and credibility to the developments now, today and tomorrow.
Ms. Rebec has served in a variety of management and organization roles as a member of the executive team at Photon. Ms. Rebec has been serving Photon Control as an accomplished executive with over 15 years of management and corporate administrative experience in public companies and international business. Prior to joining the team at Photon in 2001, Ms. Rebec held several senior and executive positions and provided corporate development solutions to start-up businesses. Her experience in supporting businesses in development and change management bring strength to the team, and to its development of human resources. |
